Please allow three business days for poster printing. The maximum poster size allowed is 12 square feet. The fiscal year runs from July 1st of one year through June 30th of the following year, for example, – Printout Size Printouts are limited to one poster per student per fiscal year and must be approved by a student’s class instructor or research advisor. This free poster printing service is made possible through EdTech funds generated from educational technology fees paid by each student.įunds are used on a first-come, first-served basis, and once depleted, a fee may need to be charged to the student or the school/college/department. Poster printing is available to students for course- or research-related projects at no cost through Print & Copy Services. Please feel free to contact your local store for your same-day inquiry.Student Poster Printing Using EdTech Funding We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to each customer/household/business. Posters and basic banners may not be available in all locations. The following quantities are not eligible for Same Day Service: Digital Printing & Copies: Black & White (quantities over 2,000), Color (quantities over 1,000) Posters and Banners (quantities over 2/over 24" wide print-ready artwork must be provided) Binding (more than 25 booklets/50 sheet maximum with covers) Laminating (quantities over 15, 8.5 x 11 sheets) Same-Day Business Cards (quantities over 500) Custom Stamps (quantities over 3 or non-Brother® stamps) and Shredding (over 50 pounds) Yard Signs (quantities over 5). Order must be placed in-store or online for in-store pickup by 2:00 PM local time and Same-Day Service must be requested on job ticket at time of order. *Same Day Service: Offer applies to services performed in store only at Office Depot® OfficeMax®, not available for delivery.
